Art Gallery of Ontario x EnChroma Campaign Collaboration – 2025

academic work

role:
graphic designer and copywriter

rationale

Colour blindness, (also known as colour deficiency) in media is not generally represented much, and people with these conditions may look into artworks or art exhibitions differently than with someone with normal vision.

This project explores the idea of “looking into their eyes”, to understand more about colour blindness, fitting into the Diversity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (EDI) blueprint.

The AGO partners with EnChroma under the “Colour Accessibility Program” to provide special glasses for people with colour deficiency, to experience art like never before. Additionally, see what it’s like to see art with colour deficiency.

process work

This project has been made possible due to the creation of a brief, mind map, sketches to produce a full campaign. Peer and professor feedback
helped as well.
